Volunteer
Now accepting volunteers
for the Back to School sale in Wheaton. By
volunteering your time, you will receive one pass to the Volunteer
Presale. Volunteer Presale is Thursday, March 19 from
6:00-8:00pm.
These volunteer shifts are different than the ones for
consignors. Please sign up for a shift labeled
"volunteer". If you are a
consignor, please sign up for a shift by using the link you were
provided when you registered.
Volunteer opporunities include:

Flyer Distribution (10 volunteers needed):
Distribute
flyers around your local town! Eligible cities include: Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard,
Oakbrook, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, Naperville, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Darien, Lisle, Woodridge,
Bolingbrook, Plainfield,
LaGrange, Warrenville, Aurora,
and Carol Stream. Print 30
color advertising flyers and post them in locations around your area.
Flyer distribution will need to be done in the weeks before the
sale (please have all flyers posted by March 16). You will need
to email the locations where flyers are posted in order to receive a
pass to the presale. As a courtesy, please ask before you put
locations on business bulletin boards, and do not post on public
property (light posts, stop signs, etc). One flyer per location
only, please!
Sale Shifts (10 volunteers per shift needed):
Volunteers will help redistribute clothes, organize items,
help customers find sizes, etc.

Volunteer Information:

Presale passes may be picked
before the sale. You will receive one pass when you volunteer
for a shift. No one will be allowed into the Volunteer Presale
without a pass. If you would like to volunteer for two shifts,
you may have two passes (one for you and one for a friend or spouse).
If you would like your friend, spouse, mother, etc to shop the
presale with you, they will need to volunteer to work or you will
need to work two shifts.
For safety reasons, children will not
be allowed during volunteer shifts, so please plan for childcare
ahead of time.
If you are scheduled to volunteer and do not show up to work your
shift, you will not be allowed to volunteer or consign with us in the
future. We are counting on your help, so please be courteous
and send us an email if something happens and you cannot work your
shift.
